TN or compact license required
AHA or ARC certification for ACLS, BLS, and PALS
AAP certification for NRP
TNCC preferred for ER, not required
Various certifications required depending on specific tech specialties (e.g., CST, NBSTA, ARRT, ARDMS)
State License 1 Verification preferred for Med Techs, Med Lab Techs, and Med Lab Scientists
NIH Stroke Certification required for all RNs at Methodist Healthcare, except Le Bonheur Children's Hospital

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
