Requirements

Certifications

• BLS Certification: Required for all direct patient care personnel. A scanned copy of the certification (with expiration date) must be attached to the candidate's record.

Licenses

• License/Certificate Verification: Must be dated within 30 days of start. Attach scanned online verification page with a machine-generated date.

Health and Safety

• Fit Test: Required.
• Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen: Must be completed within 30 days of start date, preferred within 14 days.
