Certification details

COVID Vaccines + Booster and 2024-2025 flu vaccine required at time of submission (declinations not accepted).
Active MA license required at time of submission.
Cannot have worked perm/travel for any Beth Israel facility within the past year.

Job details

Nuclear Medicine Technologist - 40 hours/week; DAYS (7:30a-4:00p)
Performs diagnostic Nuclear Medicine procedures / Therapies on adult and geriatric patients on designated areas of the body as required by an Authorized User.
Types of diagnostic exams include Nuclear Medicine stress tests, Hida scans, Gastric emptying exams, Bone scans, Thyroid uptake & scan, Thyroid Therapy, Parathyroid exams, Mag 3 Renal scans, and Sentinel node scans.

Job requirements

Successful graduation from an accredited Nuclear Medicine program.
ARRT or CNMT certification, MA state license required, and BLS.

Additional Details

Facility is not accepting local candidates.

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
