X-Ray Technologist position
Must have a valid permanent license
Certifications and licensures need to be reverified every two years with RN license renewal
Temporary Licenses are NOT accepted

Additional Details

Primary Source Verification for professional license and/or certification required within 30 days of start
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination preferred but not required
Proof of vaccine series or completion and approval of client medical or religious exemption form
Proof of immunizations (MMR, Hepatitis B) and titers required
Annual Negative PPD or Fit Test required
Proof of Tdap vaccination within past 10 years needed

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
