Traveler’s permanent residence must be 100 miles or > from the hospital’s service area.
General orientation will begin on Sundays. Sunday will be online CBLs. Traveler can start any Sunday that compliance documents are completed by the deadline.
Include in the confirmation: 16 hours of nonbillable orientation.
Hospital can cancel/call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty when there is a decrease in census.
Additional shifts picked up above the work commitment as additional overtime shifts will be flexed as needed for hospital census decrease/decreased resource need.
Contract RN/LPN team members to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education.

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
