BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required.
Proof of COVID vaccine is required prior to start or declination form can be filled out with appropriate supporting documentation.

Job details

The right candidate will have 2 years of experience, and hold an active BLS, ACLS and AZ license or compact. MUST HAVE CERNER AND TRAVEL EXPERIENCE.
Travelers are required to complete a dysrhythmia exam prior to start and a pass/fail Sim lab is required on day 1 of orientation (study guides will be provided with first day instructions).
Proof of COVID vaccine is required prior to start or declination form can be filled out with appropriate supporting documentation from clergy or M.D., as well as hospital approval.

UNA Dysrhythmia Exam required prior to signing contract. 2 MAX ATTEMPTS

Schedule information

12 hr shifts. 7-7.
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend. Could be every 3rd.
Holidays: Work into perm staff rotation.
Floor specific orientation: 3 shifts on the floor.

Unit specific information

Ratios: 1:4 ratio
Scrub Color: Navy.

Additional Details

ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required.

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
