This facility will not consider any "local" traveler - who resides within 50 miles of facility. PLEASE INCLUDE PERM ADDRESS IN PROFILE AT SUBMISSION.
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.
NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). Thanksgiving RTO Cannot Be Approved.
Non-billable orientation: 8hrs OT, Holiday multipliers: 1.25%
EMR Experience a MUST!
8 Bed Unit
Ratio - 1:1 (active labor) 1:2/3 for Mother/Baby
NO OR/C-Section knowledge required
The Birthing Suite offers a range of birthing options and personalized nursing care to provide comfort, caring and medical expertise throughout labor.

Job requirements

2 years Current OB/L&D experience - Required
Fetal Monitoring experience - Required
Previous Travel - Highly Preferred
STABLE cert - Preferred
BSN - Preferred

Additional Details

MCH is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital offering Medical, Surgical and Intensive Care; Obstetrics; Pediatrics; and Mental Health services. A wide variety of outpatient services are available, including Pulmonary, Cardiac and Physical Rehabilitation; 24-hour Emergency Care; a fully equipped laboratory; and an extensive Radiology department. Dedicated to changing and providing innovative programs to meet healthcare environment requirements.

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
