Certification details

American Heart Association BLS certification required for clinical positions
ACLS certification preferred but not mandatory
Permanent RN license required; Temporary Licenses not accepted
COVID-19 Vaccine preferred, not mandatory
Proof of MMR immunity or booster requirement
Fit Test completed within 1 year and updated annually
Proof of Hepatitis B immunization or declination
Annual Influenza Vaccine required from Oct-March
Positive PPD requires negative chest X-ray and annual TB questionnaire
2 Step PPD or IGRA required annually
Positive Varicella titer proof within last 15 years
Proof of Tdap vaccination within past 10 years
Annual Negative PPD if no 2-step done within past year
Physical Exam must state able to work without restrictions

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
