Job details

-12 hour shifts day/night rotation only, straight shifts will not be considered
-complex medical oncology population
-step down experience highly preferred with ACLS required
-Interpretation of cardiac arrhythmias required
-Expert in chemotherapy administration and monitoring of side effects required
-High level of respiratory care required including but not limited to trachs, chest tubes airvo, cpap/bipap
-Ability to identify rapidly changing patient conditions and multitask critical situations
-Experience with end of life care/hospice

Additional Details

Oncology Certified Nurse from ONCC required for onboarding

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
