Now Hiring: Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health Visits | Flexible Schedule + 1:1 Patient Visits

Location: Rutherford County, NC & Surrounding Areas

Are you a Registered Nurse looking for more flexibility and the chance to make a real difference—one patient at a time? BAYADA is hiring a compassionate RN to provide skilled nursing visits, assessments, and admissions to adult and geriatric patients in a home setting. This is a per diem position- availability would be about 5-10 visits a week or 2 days. Need to be available during daytime hours for visits.

What You’ll Do as a Registered Nurse:

• Provide nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a home setting

• Follow individualized care plans developed in coordination with physicians

• Administer medications, wound care, and treatments

• Perform assessments, monitor conditions, and update care teams as needed

• Use a user-friendly tablet to chart visits in real time

• Collaborate with your clinical manager and interdisciplinary team

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in North Carolina

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Must be comfortable traveling to clients within your assigned territory
