Description
Within the RN scope of practice as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing, applies the nursing process to the care of patients. Teaches
patients and significant others. Documents patient care in the medical record. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to effectively
coordinate overall care of the patient.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Recent (in the past 2 years) acute care hospital experience - REQUIRED
2 years experience of intermediate/progressive care experience - REQUIRED
Facility would consider a candidate with PCU/IClientU/Telemetry/Stepdown experience
Certifications don’t need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
OR license don’t need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
