Position / Specialty: MS/Tele RN
Ratios: Normal Ratios for med/surg, Day and Eve 5:1, Nights 6 or 7:1.
• Stretch Ratios for Med/Surg Day/Eve 6:1 Nights 9-10:1
• We have PCT’s on all units that do vital signs, blood glucose checks, EKG’s and any sort of activity of daily living
• We have an in-house phlebotomy team that does all peripheral lab draws nursing is responsible for PICC lines and central lines

Certs REQ: BLS, NIH
Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? Yes, as needed
Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units? Yes - Will not practice outside of scope
Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) They will try but not guaranteed
Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? No

RTO Restrictions: We will not allow more than 1 week RTO in a contract
Guaranteed Hours: 36
Special Requirements: Cardiac Tele required. Heparin protocols. External CPAP/BIPAP, Care of ventilated patient
Patient Diagnosis: Acute respiratory failure, CHF, COPD exacerbation, pneumonia, sepsis
Special Equipment: BIPAP, CPAP, High Flow, Ventilators
