Job Title: Travel RN - Emergency Department (Night Shift)
Location: Utica, NY
Weekly Pay: $3,550 for 48 hours (will accept 36 hours as well)
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled Travel RN with Emergency Department experience for a Night Shift assignment. This is an incredible opportunity with a weekly gross pay of $3,550 on a 48-hour contract. Flexibility for 11/11 starts (10 weeks) or 11/18-12/9 starts (8 weeks) is available.
Key Details:
Shift: 12-hour nights, 6:30 pm - 7:00 am (block scheduling not guaranteed)
OT: Begins after 48 hours
Holiday Requirement: Must work 1 major holiday
Floating: Yes, as needed
Scrub Color: Navy blue
Unit Information:
Unit: 64 beds (40 acute, 6 super track, 2 trauma, 10 CDU, 6 psych)
Patient Demographics: Newborns, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
Common Cases: Stroke, sepsis, trauma, MI, cardiac arrest, respiratory failure
Specialty Equipment: Rapid Infuser, Arctic Sun
Required Meds & Drips: Pressors, vasodilators, anti-arrhythmics, sedation medications
Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years ED experience (pediatrics experience a plus) and documented travel experience
References: 2 recent ED Charge/Manager RN references
Certifications: Current AHA ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS (TNCC preferred but not required)
Licenses: Active NY license (Nursys verification required)
EMR Experience: EPIC
Charge Capability: Highly preferred
