Job Title: Travel Med/Surg RN (with ICU Float) - Clearlake, CA

Location: Clearlake, California

Are you a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse with a passion for both Medical/Surgical and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nursing? We’re looking for an experienced Travel Med/Surg RN to join our dynamic team in Clearlake, CA. Embrace the opportunity to work in a vibrant community with some float to ICU units!

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality patient care in both Med/Surg and ICU settings.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and manage IV lines.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Float between Med/Surg and ICU units as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and discharge instructions.

Requirements:

- Current California RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg experience; ICU experience preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to various clinical settings and manage diverse patient needs.
