Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity - $10,000 sign on bonus

Position Details:
- Specialty: Behavioral Health
- Location: Grand Forks, ND
- Shift: Varied night shift, 36 hours per week, full-time
- Pay range: $32.56-$40.70/hr
- Sign-on bonus: $10,000 for qualifying candidates

Responsibilities:
- Assess, monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
- Maintain accurate patient reports and medical histories.
- Perform mental and physical assessments, administer medication and treatment to patients, provide assistance to patients with daily activities and observe reactions.
- Manage activities with the therapeutic milieu including daily groups, education, 1:1 with individual patients and collaborating with other members of the treatment team to ensure the best possible care for the patients.

Qualifications:
- Valid North Dakota RN license or compact/multi-state license
- CPR, BLS, ACLS certification
- 1-3 years of nursing experience
