Inova Health System is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our VIP 360° Concierge Medicine Program team at the McLean office. As a member of the Inova VIP 360° team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional, personalized healthcare services to our patients.
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Work location: 6862 Elm St #700, McLean VA

To learn more about the Inova VIP 360: Registered Nurse Outpatien t provides safe/therapeutic care in a holistic and systematic way in a physician practice or other outpatient setting. Incorporates differences into the provision of care while integrating knowledge, skills and experiences to meet the needs of patients and families to include patient and family education. Achieves desired patient outcomes by using an integrated approach. Incorporates data and information to improve care and enhances outcomes while ensuring improvements in practice settings. Provides direction and guidance to others regarding practice while serving as a resource, preceptor and mentor.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Triage
- Vision and hearing tests
- Vaccines
- Injections

Requirements
Experience: 0 months of Registered Nurse clinical experience. Preferred: 2 years of experience as an RN, outpatient experience is a plus.
Education- BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
Certification: BLS certification required.
Licensure - Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
Special Skills - Proficient in English. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to display a caring demeanor toward others. Proficient computer skills required.
