American Medical Staffing (AMS) puts you first, and we are currently seeking an LPN to join our State Psychiatric team in Weston, WV. This is a state psychiatric hospital with a primary focus on forensic patients and a maximum capacity of 200-beds.

• Pay Rate: $1,250 to $1,300 per week
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Available Shift: 7:30am to 4:00pm
• Start Date: Two weeks from offer
• Located In: Weston, WV
• Requirements: Qualified applicants MUST have at least 1 years of experience, preferably in a psych, corrections or similar setting, have a valid LPN license and be willing to obtain WV and/or compact licensure.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse in a state psychiatric setting, you’ll play a crucial role in providing comprehensive healthcare services to institutionalized individuals, promoting their well-being and rehabilitation. This position works in partnership with a team of state psychiatric staff and allows you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients. Responsibilities include:

• Will Report to Quality Management Dept.
• Assist the RN's that are over infection control and employee health for staff/patient vaccinations.
• Fit testing for N-95 masks for employees.
• Go to new hire orientation every 2 weeks and help gather documents and give vaccinations.
