• Facility Department/Cost Center: Mother/Baby Unit/
• Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): RN
• Specialty: Mother/Baby (Couplet Care)
• Number of Openings: 3
• Shift: 7P - 7A
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: Every 3rd Weekend
• Call Requirements: None
• Required Certifications: BLS, NRP, STABLE, (Basic Fetal Monitoring preferred, but not required)
• Years of Experience: 3
• Float Requirements: None

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 18
• Patient Ratios: 3 Couplets to 1 RN (6:1)
• Equipment:
• EMR: WatchChild/Cerner

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Caring for Postpartum Moms and Newborns (Mother&Baby exp)
• Preferred Skillset/Experience:
• Type of Patients on Unit: Postpartum Moms, Newborns (well baby), Benign GYN (occasionally) Antepartum Patients
