Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
**AHA BLS & ACLS required. NIH - must obtain prior to start.
**MUST have Epic experience
