Shift: Days / 8a-5p (8x5) 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:

VA is part of the PT compact privilege states
1 year experience
Home Health experience required
BLS

Must be COVID Vaccinated and booster - no exemptions
