Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks

Weekend REQ 1 Weekend Shift Per Contract

Requirements:

• WA is part of the PT compact privilege states
• 1 year Skilled Home Health experience
• BLS
• Oasis is preferred
• Epic experience preferred

• Charting: EPIC
• First-Timers Accepted: No
• Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals
• Ratios: 1:1 (*May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard)

Home Health PT - Everett WA and surrounding areas / Snohomish County- Start Date: ASAP- Shift: 8hr Days (*This facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s.*)- Ratios: 1:1 (*May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard)- Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR of Skilled Home Health Experience- First-Timers Accepted: No- Weekend REQ 1 Weekend Shift Per Contract- Certs REQ: BCLS- Skills REQ: Start of Care, Admissions, Case Management, Recertification, Urinary Catheter Insertion / Management, Wound Care , Phlebotomy Skills, Negative Pressure- Is on-call REQ? No- Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No- Open to accommodating block schedule? No- Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals- Pending License Accepted: Yes- RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager- Guaranteed Hours: Facility can call off UP TO one shift per pay period (every two weeks)
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS- Traveler is expected to have their own transportation- System does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time. Occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles- Oasis is preferred, but not required; please note if candidate does not have Oasis experience- Epic experience preferred
