Shift: Variable D/E / 10a-6p, Mon, Wed, 8a-4p, Thues-Fri, 8x5, 40hrs per week
Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:

• CT License 
• 2 years' experience
• BLS
• Other details:
• No 1st Time traveler
• COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required + Booster - Medical/Religious Exemptions only
• Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Unknown

Physical Therapist - 2 Yrs - Days - No 1st Time TRVLRS
Shift Details: Monday and Wednesday 10:00 - 6:00
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 - 4:00 Currently a 37.5-hour work week.
If therapist willing to come in earlier on Monday and Wednesdays we could make it a 40 hour work week if
