Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - OT Inpatient Rehab
Shift: Days / 7a-5:30p, 10x4, 40 hrs per week, Wed-SaturdayLength: 13 weeks
Block Schedule Wed-Sat (but willing to flex if needed); 2 full weekends a month are required for flex schedule
Requirements:

• WA License
• Must have at least 2-3 years acute care experience with strong complex neuro and cardiac populations
• BLS 
• Electronic Documentation preferred
• Trauma Level I Experience preferred
• Trauma Level II Experience preferred

Other Details:

• Must be open to floating to other campuses

Shift: Wed-Saturday 0
All previous perm employees of ANY Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a min of 3 months to qualify for a travel position. All Swedish facilities honor active compact license.
