Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - CT Tech 

Shift: Days / 7:30a-4p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, M-F, w a weekend rotation

Length: 13 weeks

OnCall/Weekend Requirement: Will work every 3rd weekend in rotation

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience
• AHA BLS
• CA Venipuncture licensure
• Must be certified with operator requirements of specific equipment
• Epic experience preferred

Other Details:

• 50 miles travel requirement
• Locals accepted

Job Description: Competently performs routine and specialized computerized tomography procedures to produce quality images to physicians and other health care providers for the diagnosis, treatment, monitoring and prevention of injury or disease. Works independently, exercising sound judgment, and developed clinical skills to execute safe and precise procedures to deliver accurate results in a timely manner. Gains confidence and cooperation from the patient, their family/support group, and other healthcare providers through competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring, and effective communication. Adheres to all local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies and procedures to ensure privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care. May also be responsible for performing specific procedures and/or may help orient other staff to the department.
Requirements:- BLS (AHA)- CA CRT Licensure- CA Venipuncture licensure- 1 year of experience
Shift: 5 x 8 days M-F 0 w a weekend rotationOnCall/Weekend Requirement?: Will work every 3rd weekend in rotation
