Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - RRTShift: Nights / 6:30p-7a, 12x3, 36 hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- OH RRT license
- 1 year experience
- Performs both general and critical care
- Professional Knowledge and Skills Required: ABG interpretation
- Must have experience with assisting in high risk deliveries
- Must be comfortable with basic pediatrics Resp Therapy care
- Work Setting Experience: Adult Critical Care, Emergency Department
- Airway Management Devices/Suctioning Required: Endrotracheal tube/suctioning, Extubation, Nasal airway placement, Nasal airway suctioning, Oral airway placement, Oropharyngeal/suctioning, Pulmonary Hygiene, Sputum specimen collection, Tracheostomy/suctioning
- Equipment Experience: Servo I, Avea, Bella Vista
- BLS, ACLS, NRP
- Helpful to have recent high risk delivery experience
- Epic Required
- Unit Accepts first-time Travelers
- Patient Age Group Required: Adults and Geriatrics Peds (preferred)
- Therapist will assist in pediatrics and with Peds ER patients so must be comfortable with all ages
- Medication Administration Required: Albuterol, Atrovent, Combivent, Flovent, Inhaled steroids, Perforomist, Pulmicort, Racemic epinephrine, Spiriva, Xopenex
- Medication Delivery Systems Required: Aerosol set up mask, Aerosol set up trach, Medihaler, Metered dose inhaler
- Nebulizer Required: Hand held, T-piece, Trach collar
- Oxygen therapy Required: High Flow Nasal Cannula, Trach collar
- Ventilator Management Required: BiPAP, CPAPA, Weaning from mechanical ventilation
- Neonatal/Peds Produces Required: Assist in high risk delivery
- Professional Knowledge and Skills Required: ABG interpretation
- No local travelers within 50 miles
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
- Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
