Shift: Days / 7:30a-6p, 10x4, 40 hours per week, Tuesday-Friday, Weekend required

Length: 13 weeks

Call 2 days per week 1. Every 3rd weekend Saturday and Sunday 24 hours

Requirements:

• AZ License
• 2 Years Experience
• General Skills & IR Experience
• Outpatient Work Setting Experience
• AHA BLS
• ARRT (R)
• MRTBE 
• Portables/C arm/Contrast/Biopsies/Ablations/Nephogram/Kyphoplasty/Peripherals/Venous Access/Hemo Dynamic Monitoring skills
• IV starts preferred

• Locals Accepted
• Float: may be asked to float to the surrounding outpatient clinics
• Average Daily Census: 2-4+

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week, facility is allowed to call off 6x throughout a 13-week assignment.
