Requirements:

• IL license 
• 1 years of experience
• BLS
• Charting Epic

• Case management skills, independent, time manage and organizational skill, patient centered goals, supervising PTA, Team Player, knowledge, professionalism, communication skills, flexibility, positive attitude, provide excellent quality care
• First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Possibly after interview
• COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Not Required
