Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Occupational Therapist (OT)

Shift: Days / 7:30a-4p (8x5) 40 hours per week, M-F with weekend rotation (primarily Saturdays)

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• AZ License
  
• 1-2 years experience
• BLS
• Inpatient rehab preferred but not absolutely required
  

Other Details:

• May be required to float within a 25 mile radius of the facility
• With willingness to float to other units within STACH/OP as needed
• Potentially to med surg and outpatient as staff share with the hospital if needed
  
• Number of beds: 10 bed ARU
