• AZ or Compact License
• 1 year of experience
• BLS
• Hand Therapy Experience preferred

*Please note that traveler must have an AZ license in hand*In order to obtain an AZ OT License, the candidate must submit a fingerprint clearance card along with the application. Fingerprint clearance estimated turnaround time is- 4-6 weeks.OT Application estimated turnaround time is 3-6 weeks- the whole process can take anywhere from 10-12 weeks.

RTO Restrictions: RTO needs to be approved by the facilityGuaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week, facility is allowed to call off 6x throughout a 13-week assignment.Special Requirements: Outpatient therapy clinic with OT, PT and SLP services. Looking for OT or PT who can support hand therapy in outpatient setting. Case load may not be entirely hand/wrist/upper extremity but this specialty area is a specific need.Additional Preference: Search for support for hand therapy diagnosis and referrals. Opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary clinic with OT, PT and ST as well as in-network orthopedics, neuro and primary care providers.
