NM License
1 year experience
BLS

Speech Language Pathologist - Outpatient
Days - 5x8 - 8:00am-5:00pm, Tuesday - Saturday
First time travelers welcome1 Year experience required
Patient Diagnosis: CARF accredited in Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Stroke - also have multi-trauma patients, debility, amputations,dysphagia, high level dementia
Certifications Required: BLS, State License RequiredDocumentation System: EPIC
