Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - PT Inpatient Rehab

Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, (can start as early as 7am), 1 Saturday per month

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• VA is part of the PT compact privilege states
• 1 year PT Inpatient Rehabilitation experience preferred
• Experience with Adult Rehab Facility, CVA Rehab, Traumatic Brain Injury, Adaptive equipment, Pre-Discharge Planning, Electrical Stimulation, Lifting and transfer, Patient/Family Education, Safety and Injury Prevention, Adult and Pediatric Adaptive Equipment Assessment, Cognitive Assessment, Plan of Care
• BLS

• The Flu vaccine is required during flu season. (Oct 1st - Mar 31st)

Requirements:• PT Licensure with Reciprocity in the state of Virginia• BLS for the Healthcare Provider CPR• Experience with Adult Rehab Facility, CVA Rehab, Traumatic Brain Injury, Adaptive equipment, Pre-Discharge Planning, Electrical Stimulation, Lifting and transfer, Patient/Family Education, Safety and Injury Prevention, Adult and Pediatric Adaptive Equipment Assessment, Cognitive Assessment, Plan of Care,• Must have excellent communication skills• Must place a high value on quality of care~~One year PT Inpatient Rehabilitation experience preferred~~Scrubs: grey top, navy bottom or can be reversed
VACCINE INFO:- The Flu vaccine is required during flu season. (Oct 1st - Mar 31st).- If your traveler is requesting a religious or medical Flu exemption, it will be the responsibility of the agency to ensure the traveler’s request complies with CMS guidelines. Qualivis will review/approve each request with supporting documentation.
