Shift: Variable D/N, 7a-7p/7p-7a, 12x4, 48hrs per week, will consider 36's
Length: 13 Weeks

Hybrid schedule: Most shifts are 7a-7p, typically one shift per work week will be a 7p to 7a
Weekend REQ: Some partial weekends, rotating schedule

Requirements:

• KY License
  
• 1 Year experience
• CT and X-ray are both required
• BLS
• ARRT
• Siemens CT experience strongly preferred

• This is a small facility of only 25 beds
• First-timers Accepted: Y/N: Y if Siemens CT trained
• Local accepted
• COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
• Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only

3x12's, possibly 4x12's
