Shift: Variable D/E, 7a-3:30p & 2:30p-11p, 12x3, 36hrs per weekLength: 13 weeks
Will work 8 weekends per contract.
Requirements:

• IL License
• Minimum 3 years' experience required
• Inpatient / Acute care experience required
• Anticoagulants, Cardiac dosing, Clinical dosing, Geriatric dosing, High risk medications, Pediatric dosing, Pharmacokinetic dosing, Psychotherapeutic Management, Renal dosing, Therapeutic med monitoring
• Critical Care Clinical Pharmacist experience Required
• Pyxis experience required
• Required Dosing
• NAPLEX required
• Board Certified
• BCPS
• BLS
• PharmD preferred
• BCCCP preferred
• BCEMP preferred
• Electronic Documentation preferred
• Teaching Hospital Experience preferred
• Trauma Level I Experience preferred
• Trauma Level II Experience preferred

Position / Specialty: Pharmacist InpatientShift: D/E - 5x8. The two primary shifts needed for this traveler will be 0700 – 1530 & 1430 – 2300.Years of experience REQ: Minimum 3 years' experience required.First-timers accepted: Yes.Weekend REQ: Will work 8 weekends per contract.Certs REQ: BCPS, BLS, Board Certified, and State License required.Is on-call REQ? No.Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No.Open to accommodating block schedule? Discuss schedule requests with manager.Locals accepted: Yes- no radius.IL state license required to apply OR must have active application with ETA.RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours. If Client cancels more hours than permitted by this section, Client will be billed for any shifts or portions thereof cancelled in excess of this section. If Candidates are placed on-call in lieu of being called off, that will count as a called-off shift.Special Requirements: Inpatient / Acute care experience required.
