Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Pharmacist Inpatient

Shift: Variable D/E, 6a-4:30p or 12p-10:30p, 8's/10's, 40 hrs per week, every 3rd weekend rotation

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• IN license
• Minimum 2 years clinical pharmacist experience
• BLS
• Successfully completed NAPLEX required
• Must have EPIC experience

Other Details:

• COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
• Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Unknown

Clinical Pharmacist needed for 4x10 or 5x8 variable shifts, 6am-4:30pm or 12pm-10:30pm, every 3rd weekend rotation required
Must have EPIC experience
BLS required
Minimum 2 years clinical pharmacist experience
