Shift: Days / 7a-3:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week

Length: 12 weeks

Requirements:

MI License
2 years OT experience in Inpatient Rehab and Acute Care
BLS

Other details:

Anyone with a permanent address within a 35 mile radius of facility is considered a local traveler
