Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:

PA License
2-3 years of occupational therapy experience preferred
Home Health experience
Current BLS certification

Current and unencumbered license to practice occupational therapy specificto that state the employee is assigned to work by the CompanySuccessful completion of an occupational therapy program at a school ofoccupational therapy approved by the American Occupational TherapyAssociation
