Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40 hours per week, 1 Weekend Shift Per Contract, No Call

Length: 13-26 weeks

Requirements:

• CA License
• 1 year of Skilled Home Health Experience
• BCLS

Home Health PT - Start Date: ASAP- Shift: 8hr Days (*This facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s.*)- Ratios: 1:1 (*May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard)- Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR of Skilled Home Health Experience- First-Timers Accepted: No- Weekend REQ: 1 Weekend Shift Per Contract- Certs REQ: BCLS- Skills REQ:- Is on-call REQ? No- Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No- Open to accommodating block schedule? No- Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate- Pending License Accepted: Yes- RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager- Guaranteed Hours: Guaranteed Work Week (per contract)! Client agrees to pay all weekly hours; travelers will not be called off shifts- Facility open to 26 week contract: Yes
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS- Traveler is expected to have their own transportation.- System does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time. Occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles.- Oasis is preferred, but not required; please note if candidate does not have Oasis experience
