Schedule: D/E/N Rotating Shift Schedule - Weekends Holidays/On-Call/Callback/Charge per Unit Needs

Agency switches not allowed by facility

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
- • Q1 Neuro Checks
- • EVDs
- • lumbar drains
- • sub-dural drains
- • 3NS
- • cardene drips
- • arterial lines
- • carotid endarterectomy
- • aneurysm coil/clips
- • DBS Insertion Deep Brain Stimulator

Requirements
- MUST HAVE STEPDOWN EXPERIENCE/PCU EXPERIENCE
- BLS
- High acuity stroke and neurosurgery experience required
- Telemetry Experience Required
- RN License NY License ONLY
- Two 2 Years Experience

* Not accepting locals
* Must be atleast 50 miles from the facility

Very Professional and attentive. Lauren was very responsive to my text messages and emails. There was a small error on one of my checks but it was quickly corrected in a timely manner. Would definitely work with her again.
