D/N ROTATION (7a-7p and 7p-7a), weekend and holiday rotation

Submission Requirements:
* MA RN License, BLS required
* L&D experience required
* EPIC experience preferred
* Active MA license required at time of submissions.
* BILH Coversheet Required
* COVID Vaccines + Booster and 2024-2025 flu vaccine required at time of submission (declinations not accepted).
* Active MA license required at time of submissions
* Facility is not accepting local candidates.
