Medical Solutions has a great opportunity for a RN traveler in Alaska. The LTC Registered Nurse (RN) will provide skilled nursing assessments and direct care to the LTC resident. This person takes as active role in planning resident care and ensures the quality of care given to the resident. The RN may function in the role of charge nurse and/or floor nurse by administering medications/treatments to the resident; oversee, monitor, and coordinate care performed by assigned staff and/or may function as RN on duty per State/Federal regulations. The RN may be required to provide nursing care in other nursing departments of the facility to meet resident/patient care needs.Employer

Great company
I have kayla hirt, who is always willing to help me with housing, any problems. I have done one contract with this company a year ago and I'm still in contact with kayla. She will help me find contracts fast. I never had an issue with pay, it was weekly and on, I was reimbursed for travel and my license. I would definitely recommend this company.

About
Located 223 miles from Anchorage on the Kenai Peninsula in southcentral Alaska, the town of Homer is surrounded by breathtaking Alaskan wilderness with an incredible panorama of soaring mountains, snow-dusted volcanic peaks and glistening blue-tinged glaciers. An artsy community, it has a reputation as the region's cultural capital, with many art galleries, museums and music and live theater venues. Coffee bars and eateries with menus often focused on fresh seafood can be found on nearly every corner. The Homer Spit is its most iconic feature, a narrow, long piece of land that juts into Kachemak Bay and popular for fishing, beachcombing and wildlife watching with everything from seals and whales to bald eagles. Just across the Bay, the 350,000-acre Kachemak Bay State Wilderness Park is an outdoor adventurer's paradise for hiking and paddling, including opportunities to come face-to-face with a glacier.
