Job Details:

• Pay: $ per week (to be updated)

• Positions Open: 1

• Duration: 26 weeks

• Shift:  Monday to Friday - 6-8 hours a day;  3 days at Yuba and 2 days at Gridley

• 40 hours weekly guarantee

• Must float to other  facility

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted CA License

• BLS by American Heart Association - required

• MUST HAVE SNF EXPERIENCE

• Must have at least 2 years experience

• Must be able to provide 3 supervisory references
