Job Details:

Pay: $3,400 per week
$600 additional travel reimbursement
11 week contract starting ASAP
5x8 - Evening Shifts / 40hrs guaranteed per week
Location: San Francisco, CA

Requirements:

Active Unrestricted CA License
Must have at least 1-2 years experience as a Case Manager
BLS via American Heart Association
Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory reference
