Job Details:

• Pay: $ per day (to be updated)

• Duration: 13  weeks

• Positions Open: 3

• Shift: Variable

• 40 hours weekly guarantee

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted AZ  License

• Active BLS from the American Heart Association

• MUST provide copies of current immunizations, negative Tb skin test proof of last two years, provide documentation of 2 MMR vaccinations, Tdap, and Flu shot

• Must have at least 1 year experience 

• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references
