Pay: $2160 per week (to be updated)

Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 12p-12:30a; Thurs-Sat
Sat/Sun call is 24 hours a day. Sat 7a to 7a next morning. Sun 7a-Monday morning 7a
36 hours weekly guarantee
171 beds
Community hospital and regional referral center
Certified Chest Pain Center
Level Trauma 3

Requirements:

Active Unrestricted AZ License
Certs REQ: BLS
Years of Experience: At least 2 years experience
Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
