Hospital: Providence Regional Cancer Center Lacey, WA
Location: Lacey, WA

• Pay: $ 2,340 per week
• 3x12s, days
• 13 weeks
• 11/25 to 11/19 start date
• $1,500 sign on bonus
• Open to block scheduling 

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted WA License
• This is an x-ray only patient at an outpatient clinic. The clinic has Immediate Care and other providers in the building who refer patients to x-ray on a walk-in basis. There are no scheduled exams. There is no call or weekends required.
  Required Certs: BLS, ARRT, WA License
• BLS via American Heart Association - required
• Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
