Minimum 2 years recent Home Health RN experience CERTIFICATIONS – BLS / Active RN license + valid driver’s license & insurance,Home Health required; HCHB preferred; strong skills with CHF, COPD, wounds, wound vacs, IV/PICC lines,EMR: Cerner (HomeCare HomeBase preferred),/ PAY IS NEGOTIABLE!
