Description

Responsible for providing patient care and educating patients and their families about various health conditions.

Assessing and analyzing patient health status and developing individualized care plans.
Administering medications and treatments prescribed by physicians and monitoring patients for adverse reactions or side effects.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Educating patients and their families about disease prevention, health promotion, and the management of chronic health conditions.
Documenting patient care and maintaining accurate medical records.
Responding to emergencies and providing acute care as needed.
Adhering to ethical and legal standards of nursing practice.
Continuously improving nursing knowledge and skills through ongoing education and training.

Lot's of floors and many different patient scenarios, never the same each day. level 1 trauma. float pool. A lot of the nurses that were staff there were kind and helpful. charge free of patients. starbucks in the lobby.

Cons

they were always short staffed especially with techs. I never had more than 5 patients but the acuity was definitely high. Some nurses with attitudes there as well. Food was meh
