Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Travel Position in the United States Registered Nurse - Med/Surg (Travel Position)

Job Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Med/Surg setting
Ability to work night shifts
Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg unit
Monitor patient health and administer medications
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
Document patient information accurately and timely

I had the pleasure of working with Sarah and she was extremely helpful from the begining. She was constantly checking up on me and made the whole onboarding procedure as easy as possible. I had some trouble finding a contract because I had less than 2 years experience as an RN but Sarah did not give up. I am now going on my second contract with GHR and i'm loving it. I feel comfortable reaching out to Sarah with any questions and she's always very helpful and quick to respond.
