ICU Registered Nurse - Travel Nursing Jobs in Paducah, KY

Job Details

Setting: ICU
Start Date: March 31, 2025
Shift: Day Shift - 12-hour shifts; 3 shifts per week
Duration: 13-week contract

Job Requirements

4 years of ICU experience required (open to discussion for those with less)
2 years of travel nursing experience preferred
Valid RN license
BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
Dysrhythmia exam required

Responsibilities

Provide critical care to patients in a 13-bed ICU unit
Administer cardiac and critical care drips
Manage central line care, chest tubes, wound vacs, ventilators, and other critical care devices
Collaborate with PCA support and HUC staff as needed

I had the pleasure of working with Sarah and she was extremely helpful from the begining. She was constantly checking up on me and made the whole onboarding procedure as easy as possible. I had some trouble finding a contract because I had less than 2 years experience as an RN but Sarah did not give up. I am now going on my second contract with GHR and i'm loving it.
