Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or similar healthcare setting
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States
Ability to work on-site in a clinical environment

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit
Monitor and assess patient conditions, communicating changes to the healthcare team
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Educate patients and their families on health management and care procedures

I had the pleasure of working with Sarah and she was extremely helpful from the begining. She was constantly checking up on me and made the whole onboarding procedure as easy as possible. I had some trouble finding a contract because I had less than 2 years experience as an RN but Sarah did not give up. I am now going on my second contract with GHR and i'm loving it.
